Meeting was called to order at by Jill Ottow
Minutes of the November 16, 2009 Library Building Committee Meeting were approved. (Wilmet, Kauffman)
Environmental Planning-Recommend to city council to accept proposal of Environmental Management Consulting, Inc. to provide asbestos project design and administration services for the asbestos abatement project at the library. (Haubenschild/Gray)
Temporary Space Planning-Recommend to the city council to accept proposal of Jill Kessenich to provide temporary space planning services for temporary library facility during the construction of library remodeling. (Haubenschild/Kauffman)
Reviewed information on library relocation during construction and discussed relocation issues.
